“What does an agile coach do?” What is my experience so far working as an Enterprise Agile Coach for organizations in Nigeria? These are very common questions I get asked when I interact with Agile Practitioners and people outside of Nigeria and in Nigeria. These are also very good questions because it makes me think about how I work and why I’ve chosen this way of working. I will try to answer these questions over the next few weeks starting with the one about my Enterprise Agile Coach role and my experience and describing how I actually spend my days as an Enterprise Agile Coach at my client sites in Nigeria.
