WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

The Introduction to Agile & Scrum course aims to provide a fast track path to understanding Agile and Scrum. It prepares participants to be part of or to interact with Scrum teams. During the day we look at the fundamental concepts behind Agile and Scrum and tackle some of the jargon.

Topics include:

• Agile Manifesto and Values

• The Principles behind the Manifesto

• Scrum Framework

• Scrum Roles, Events and Artifacts

• How Sprints work

• Separating the myths from the facts

• Real world examples from an instructor with more than 13 years of experience

 

WHAT YOU WILL GET

• A one-day immersive learning experience facilitated by a highly respected trainer

• A printed, bound copy of the course materials to take away

• Coffee break, lunch and refreshments throughout the day

• Upon completion of the course, participants will be able to attend a CSM and a CSPO Certification Class and also access the Scrum Alliance User Groups as well as other activities to help gain SEUs (Scrum Education Units) towards their Certified Scrum Professional® (CSP) status.

ABOUT CERTIFICATION
